Service Desk

Delta Informatica SA provides ITIL-compliant Service Desk service to its customers; customers’ problems are our problems, and our priority is to minimize downtime and mitigate any disruptions.
Incidents and Requests tickets are managed through a platform that allows custom settings for customers’ SLA and reporting needs.

The Service is provided in the following time slot:

  • Monday to Friday from 07.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.
  • Saturdays from 07.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
  • festive days from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

24X7 Support

Delta Informatica SA offers its customers the opportunity to subscribe to an extension of the standard support service offered by the Service Desk.
